Hello All!
I have not been posting lately, but hope to get back on track. I have been taking time to read others posts. And have enjoyed them.
One post made me stop and think. We really do get a lot of support here. I don't hear from a lot of my chapter members through the week, but when I need a lift, I can always come to this special place and get support (and encouragement and motivation and counciling and news of friends and a lot more). There are days when we all need a boost and all we have to do is log on here!

I have not had a good food day. Not too much, just not what I need to eat. I think I have a bug of some sort. Nothing sounds good except tea and toast.
Eleni, I enjoyed hearing about the Greek Epithany Day. I lived in Greece of a couple of years and enjoyed it very much.
I don't remember if I told of my chapter's plans to lose 100 pounds in 100 days. Sounds like a good motivator.

I didn't sleep well last night and if I don't get up and get to moving I may have to take a nap!

Have any of you read the book Inspired to Lose? It is a good book! I am planning to use one the stories as a program next Thursday.
