Default December Challange

Nita,

I am starting this thread for the challange only. I don't know what date you wanted to stop it at so I will list all the dates from now until the end of the year.


All we have to do is put down our goal weightloss and fill in the dates for our weigh ins. People that weigh in other than thursdays will have to type in the schedule for them. List your weigh in day and fill in your chart every week. That way we can all keep track of our own weightloss each week to see if we made the challange.

So here goes for me I will start it off.

Weigh in Day = Thursday


Weight at last weigh in 173 3/4 lbs.


Sept. 27th = 3 1/2 loss I am on my way! YEAH FOR ME!

Oct. 4th = 2 lb gain

Oct. 11th = 3 1/2 lb gain Not doing well Will have loss next week

Oct. 18th = 2 1/2 lb gain again. I am getting sick now.

Oct. 25th = 3/4 lb loss yeah I finally did it.

Nov. 1st = 2 1/2 lb loss yeah I think I am on the right road

Nov. 8th = 2 3/4 lb gain I am not doing good. I am going to have a loss next week for sure.

Nov. 15th =

Nov. 22nd =

Nov. 29th =

Dec. 6th =

Dec 13th =

Dec. 20th =

Dec. 27th =

Thanks Sherri.... I didn't put a stop date. I just wanted to lose 10 lbs before Christmas.

My weigh in day is Friday

Sept. 28 - .5 Still have 9.5 to go
Oct. 05 = On vacation
Oct. 12 = On vacation
Oct. 19 = Too fat to weigh in
Oct. 26 + 4.75 .. I now have 14.25 to go
Nov. 02 - 1.25.....13 lbs to go.
Nov. 09 - 1 lb.....12 more to go
Nov. 16 = Turtle.
Nov. 23 - 1.75.....10.25 to go.
Nov. 30 = +.75 wrong way again
Dec. 07 = Turtle
Dec. 14
Dec. 21

My weigh in is Thursdays. I prefer not to put my weight . I will put losses/gains.

Sept. 27th = =+1 This is not a good start

Oct. 4th = +1 This is not the right direction

Oct. 11th = T Maybe I will get a loss next week. We have no meeting for next two weeks. But I will post a weight anyway. I know what the TOPS scales read verses my home scales

Oct. 18th = no meeting +1 No meeting but it looks like about 1# gain.

Oct. 25th = no meeting ?????????????Next week will tell

Nov. 1st = Turtle*beats a gain but a loss would have been better

Nov. 8th = - 1/4#

Nov. 15th = no meeting

Nov. 22nd = no meeting

Nov. 29th = + 1.75 Not good but better than I was expecting. I was happy to get this. I still have a few weeks to go

Dec. 6th = - 2# Finally a loss

Dec 13th = - 3 1/2 Another loss

Dec. 20th= -.25 small loss

Dec. 27th= +4.75

So i did not do good at all.
I ended up being up 1# No use crying over spilled milk. I will do better on the next challenge

I'll get in o this!! (If I can that is) My goal is 10-15 lbs for xmas. Weigh in day is Wednesday.

September 26 -1.0

October 3 +1.75 lbs :0(
October 10
October 17
October 24

October 31 - no meeting that night due to Halloween - no weight recording from TOPS.

November 7
November 14
November 21
November 28

December 5
December 12
December 19

Starting weight: 178#

Oct. 4 Turtled! Not a good start!
Oct. 11 -2 1/4 #
Oct. 18 Turtled!
Oct 25 1 1/2#

Nov. 1 - 1 1/2#
Nov. 8 Turtled
Nov. 15 Missed meeting (out of town)
Nov. 21 (weigh-in only)
Nov. 29 Did not weigh in

Dec 6 Missed meeting
Dec 13 Missed meeting
Dec 20 -1#

I did not meet my goal! But at least I ended this with a loss. And I will reach my goal!

OK, count me in on this one. I too am going to try for 10 pounds. Here goes:
Sept 26 - lost 1.25
Oct 3 - gain 1.5 OOPS! Going the wrong way - still in leeway, barely!
Oct 10 - gain .25 Oh my, at top of leeway!!!!!
Oct 17 - lost .25 Let's see if I can keep it going!
Oct 24 - Gain 1 lb. Out of leeway 3/4#'s. :-(
Oct 30 - lost .25 Still out of leeway by 1/2#. Must lose that next week to keep my KOPS status. Wish me luck!!!
Nov 7 - lost 1.75 WHEW - back in leeway. Thank you, dear Lord, for helping me perservere over this horrible vice of mine.
Nov 14 - gain .75 In leeway, but only by 1/2#. Onward and upward! NO, NO downward.....geesh!!
Nov 21 - out of town
Nov 28 - sick
Dec 5 - lost .5 Three more weigh-ins. {{{{{{VIBES}}}}}
Dec 12 - gain 1#. Am at top of leeway. Have two weeks to make it back down to goal weight. Think that is what I will aim for now. {{{{{VIBES}}}}} Too late for the 10#'s!
Dec 19 - gain 2.5#'s. Very nervous being 2.25#'s out of leeway. Have only 2 weeks to get back in and MUST do it by Jan 2. I really need the New Year to come in with a bang!!! Gonna try to get most, if not all, off by next week. Wish me luck!!!!!
Dec 26 - lost .5. I am still 1.75 out of leeway and must get back in next week. A New Year and hopefully still a KOPS!!!

If I did my math right, I gained 2.5#'s during this challange. Not good.....would have thought that at least I could have had some kind of loss Don't know why I wasn't kinder to myself. I shall start again.

I too want to join the challenge... I would like to lose 10 pounds by Christmas

Starting weight 146

OCT. 4th = +2.50 =148 1/2

OCT. 11th = no weigh in

OCT. 18th = didnt weigh in

Oct.25th = - 2 pounds 146 1/2

Default I'm starting this week,

Nov. 5th = -.25

Nov. 12th = -1 #

Nov. 19th = -.5#mad: I'm not going to make my loss if I keep this up, but I only have myself to blame. my home scale said more.

Nov. 26th = can't remember what I did

Dec. 10th = missed meeting

Dec. 17th = missed meeting

Dec. 24th = No meeting but will report if I have a loss at home, watch scale to see if variance.

Dec. 31st = No way in again but will watch again

I want to have 10 pounds off by Christmas, too:
Well I've totally blown this challenge. However my scale says I'm about the same. This is good.
I'll be ready at the first of the year.

So here goes

Starting weight 146 pounds

Oct 4th- + 2.5 = 148 1/2

Oct 11th- no weigh in

Oct 18th- didnt weigh in

Oct 25th- - 2 pounds 146 1/2

Nov 1st- + 1 pound = 147 1/2

Nov 8th- + 1.5 = 149 (wrong way)

Nov 15th-

Nov 29th-

Dec 6th-
