Count me in for this one. I really blew the last challange and didn't get anywhere. I am going to lose 10 lbs by valentines day. But if I don't make that I will be happy with anything over 5 lbs.
I am going to go back to my meetings this week. I have not been in 5 weeks. So here it goes. I am on my way to goal.
January 3 - My starting weight tonight is 183 1/2
Jan. 10th - 184 lbs (gained 1/2 lb) Not happy but trying
Jan 17th - 179 lbs (lost 5 lbs this week) I am 1/2 way to goal.
Jan 23rd - 179 lbs (I had a turtle tonight, I will lose next week)
Jan 31st - No meeting because of snow & ice storm.
February 7th - Gained 2 lbs I am not happy with this at all I am going back to the ww points and not going to concentrate on the SB plan. I am still going to do the SB but I am going to concentrate on the points this week and exercise.
Feb. 14th - 1 3/4 lb loss = 179 3/4 lbs
That gives me a total of 3 3/4 lb loss for the challange. At least I lost this time. Best of all I completed more of the challange then I ever expected to. I am down 1 whole pant size. I never imagined that would happen in 4 weeks. So that is even better then the weight on the scale. I would have liked to complete the 10 lbs but being 1 size smaller I will be happy with that. And I am closer to goal by losing what I did. At least I didn't gain like I have done on the last 2 challanges.
I am ready for the next challange.
