I will be starting a weight loss challenge on my Yahoo! club web site, weightchallenges on 1-2 , for anyone who wishes to participate. the purpose this challenge, is to provide focus on setting goals, and receiving support while working toward them. All plans are welcome , and this challenge is free so I hope you will join us. to do so, Simply go to Yahoo!, search clubs for weight challenges (no space between) and join the club and post a message on 1-2 , with starting weight, and a goal you hope to achieve by 2-14. hope to see you there!

I think the challange is a great idea. We have one going on here that we all set individually. I think it is important to have goals. I finally set some for myself. I would like to reach my goal weight by june 4th next year. I know I can do it. But I messed up today. I am going to let it go until christmas is over and start the new year fresh. I will then have 6 months to reach my goal. I will make it. But so much is going on with the holiday and it is so hard.
Thanks for inviting us I will visit the challange.
