Summer and Eleni, thanks for all the good info, definately cleared up some of my Qs. Will ask about my newsletter and chapter bylaws this meeting.

Got my weigh in tommorrow so I have to be very good today. I had to take peek this morning and it looks like I am down about 1.5. (if my scales aren't lying!)

Cool, this is a great day!!!! Christie got her job and CC is going to have a loss tomorrow. Wonderful news!! See, those {{{VIBES}}} work for EVERYTHING!

I'm doing OK, but the eating needs to get under control again. I will be doing a lot of running around this afternoon. In fact, must get going now!!

Hope everyone is doing well. Will chat later and I will take my water bottle out with me!

WoooooooooHooooooooo Girl. Congratulations on the job. I know you really wanted it and it must have been meant to be. Let us know how the first day is. How many hours a week will you be working anyway?

Thanks for all the vibes flatlander it sure helped me and I didn't get on here until tonight.

I had a great day eating today. Now if I could do this everyday I would be at goal in no time. I am trying. I walked a different route today and boy are the hills that way steep. I was wheezing like crazy and out of breathe. But my legs were fine. It is still 3 miles but a killer. That is what I need though. I am still wheezing tonight so I have to get that under control. I am going back for more tomorrow but only doing 1/2 of the walk due to time megan has school tomorrow and I want to get to the hospital to see my uncle before I have to pick her up which means I have to be showered and ready for the day before I take her to school.
Also I am changing my days on the road starting next week. I found someone to watch my daughter on tue. and thursday after school. This way she only has to be at a sitters for a few hours instead of all day. Also on her days off we can spend the whole day together and I can work only when she is napping and not have to worry about putting in my time because most of my time will be in from the 2 days on the road. I am hoping this works out and we can spend more time together. I went from spending all my time with her to spending next to nothing time with her and it shows and I miss our time together. So I think this is the right move. I will let you know how it works out.
I did great eating today. Had an egg and only 1/4 cup of oatmeal. I cut back the carbs and added protein and I had a huge salad for lunch with no meat just veggies and 1 egg. I thought that would be a good choice. I stopped at a grocery store and made the salad from the salad bar and ate in the car. Then I came home and had my dinner which was 4 oz. of chicken and 1 cup of mashed potatoes and spinach. So that is a low day plus my 2 cups of milk and I am going to have a bannana before I do my floor exercises tonight. I walked my 3 miles up hill today also. I hope I can pull off a loss wednesday night. I have one less day this week to lose.LOL

You can do this. Think positive and get your mind off food. Get your butt moving off the couch and on the bike. You can reel in your appetite I know you can. I do good for a few days and I blow it also. So I have to get better just like you have to. WE can do this girl.


Lets put our best feet forward and soak up those (((((((VIBES)))))))



Time to workout again.
