I feel guilty not reporting in, you are all doing so well, here is my schedule,
Mon abs, lowerbody, treadmill aim for at least 30 min
Tues abs, upper, treadmill, aim for at least 45
Wed abs, no weight training. treadmill at least 45 min
Thurs abs, lowerbody, treadmill aim for at least 30 min
Fri abs, upper, treadmill, aim for at least 45
Sat abs, no weight training. treadmill at least 45 min
Sun day of rest, treadmill if I feel like it. Or catch up if I skipped a workout due to appts or sheer laziness.
I get off track sometimes, but between Wed and Sunday I seem to pull it all back together. I really like working my upper body so I won't allow myself to skip a lower workout, carrot and stick approach. It would figure as well that my lower body is what really needs attention!
