Well good morning guys!!!
Didnt think I could get on the site today LOL I tried last night and couldnt get in, So I am just happy to be here

I am SO proud of the way the exercise thread looked yesterday!!!!!!!!! WAY TO MOVE LADIES
If we keep that up we will surely meet our Christmas goals

Now if yesterday didnt go so well, then you can make today YOUR DAY by just making a few good choices and resisting temptation, I believe in you! And know you have what it takes to make those dreams a reality!!!

Good Morning,

I posted the other day and I kept losing the post and then I couldn't get in....very frustrating.
I had a pretty good weekend....don't know what the scale will say tomorrow.

Christian......Thanks for the good vibes. I hope you do well back on your plan.

Flatlander.....Congrats on 18 weeks with losses...that is great.

Eleni.....I think of you often and hope you are well.

Sherri.....How are you doing?

I can't stay long....almost time to go to work but thought I would stop in. The new chapter I started is doing well...there are lots of little things to do but we are getting there. We are only at 9 members but it is a good number for us. Financially we are okay too because we don't have to pay rent to have the meetings.
I will check back again soon. Hope everyone has a great day.

Talking ya, tuesday

I showed a loss last night not sure HOW i did it, but I will take it.
I have 1.5 to go to be at what I was before my cruise.
the ya, ya's are doing good at our meetings,
this week is keep a food diary.
No one has won our kitty at tops for 3 weeks. losing, gain, ect.
I hope to be in new weight next week.

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well.
I've got some more stuff to do, so lets get this weight off, and be thin for life.

Totally Tuesday, I love it.

Weigh in tonight, wish me luck. My friend and I are going out for coffee afterwards so I will post my (fingers crossed, positive vibes) success here tomorrow.

Q-I tried to post my before and half way pics but it just won't take em. What am I doing wrong? Eleni, anybody, Help!

GLad to hear from you again. I was missing you. Where have you been girl? Great job on the loss you are doing great. Keep heading in the right direction.

Marie,

Glad to hear that your group is doing well. I am sure it is a lot of work to start a group. How is everyone doing? Are they losing weight?

Christie,

You go girl. Thanks for all the great vibes out there. I have been busy with work here and last night I was exhausted. I was going to lay down and take a nap but I have to work instead. Thanks for the exercise thread. You are doing great. You should be back at KOPS status this week. I am glad you went back to somersizing it works for you and that is what is important. Keep up the great work and have fun at the gym. You are so lucky that you get to go to the gym. But I am doing well also in that aspect but not keeping as warm as you.

I did great yesteday and my scale is back down so I am happy with that. I hope it stays down now for a change. I just hope I have a loss this week. I am going shopping tomorrow of all days and I am eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So I am in trouble. I hope I don't overeat. But we will be walking a lot so that is good.
I am going to try and get some work done now. You all take care and keep up the great work. I know I didn't do well over the weekend so if I have a gain I am okay with it. But I will definetly have a loss next week for sure and through the holidays. I have to lose this weight once and for all. Just like you all. We can do this I know we can. At least I am walking more now and also I am putting 1 lb weights on my ankles when I walk for more of a workout. So that might help to slim me down even if the scale doesn't come down.

flatllander. You will have to make your pictures smaller. If they are too big you can't use then. Save them as jpeg and use the attach file. Hit browse and find your picture. If it is small enough it will put it on the post. here is one from my skinny days
