Well guys I have been exercising and doing all the green tea one person could take this week LOL So I am hoping for a turtle at the very least...but I am afraid it may be a gain....that TOM is saturday

Breakast-
nutrition for women oatmeal 160 cal
6 miles on the bikes and 15 minutes on the treadmill
snack- ragu express 200 cal 2 grams fat
lunch- subway again I think turkey sub 254 cal (mustard) 1/2 a grapefruit 43 cal and a bag of baked ruffles (cheddar and sour cream) 150 cal
swimming at the pool for 45 minutes
snack- ??? not sure probably grapes or something
supper- bbq burger ( 98% lean ) and a low fat wheat bun 290 cal
cup of spinach 60 cal
then weigh in.... wish me luck!!!!
