Default Tuesday

Well ladies, I hope all is well. I lost 1/4 pound last night, and introduced to our club ya, ya's (getting away from no, no's). Everyone thought it was a good idea, I'm hoping this will help us stay on track. This week is drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day. you have to pay .10 for everyday you don't.
Well it seems we are all busy.
You all take care and hang in there. We are going to make it.
love ya all

HI Wendy,

Congratulations on the loss yesterday. See you are doing great and I am glad to hear it. See we just need to be encouraged to do good. We know what to do.LOL
It is great that you came up with that idea. I think it is great to have new things going on from time to time to break out of the same old things at meetings. I know that there are people in my group that have been there since the beginning and I think that everyone needs a change to stir things up so that they start losing again. I will mention it to me leader and see what she thinks. Great idea.

Well today is another start day. I did walk this morning but I am cutting back on my food intake. I ate way too much yesterday. I had a pint of ice cream last night trying to soothe my throat. I found out last night that I now have strep throat and conjunctivitis in my eye. Both of which are very contagious. I am taking antibiotics now so I should be on the mend soon. I hope so because my husbands surprise birthday party is on saturday and I have to be ready to go by then.

I have had a lot of hot chocolate to soothe my throat as well but it has a lot of sodium in it. No fat and only 25 cal. but the sodium is 120 mg. Needless to say my scale is way up. But I will do better and maybe with all the over the counter meds and all the advil I might me retaining water so who knows. But I know I have to eat better. I do have some sugar free popsicles for my throat which is much better then the ice cream for the weight thing anyway.

So I am taking it easy today and resting my voice so that it will be better for tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone.

Sherri
