Default Well I've stopped in for a visit.

Everything was starting to slow down a bit, when brandon and I both have been sick (sinus,a cold (both) him a fever, and allergies) then my dad had to have emergecy by-pass surgery (heart) Six by-passes. He's home now, and on his was to recovery. Me still have more things going on than a philly. lawer ( that's what my mom always told me when I was growing up). I'm constantly thinking of new things I want to get done, and not doing everything I should be doing. Since the cruise, I haven't really worked on the new me, but I'm thinking again it's time. I do so well when I put my all into it. I have a friend that since July has lost 40 pounds, and her hubby 70 pounds on the weight watcher program. She is also exercising 6 days a week. She goes to a place called curves. I'm getting ready to see what I can find on the net about it. I'm also working on new ideas for our chapter. I want to get rid of our no no's (when you pay a dime for everytime you eat something durning the week that is a no, no for that particular week. I want to change it to (do it to lose it)or yes, yes. Put things on the calendar such as drink water, keep a journel, eat veggies, portion control, ect. Then if you don't do them you pay. In some sense both ways.
So to let you guys know, you are in my thought often, (I don't get here much at work either because they've changed things, and I feel I have a lot more work to get done). I haven't forgotten any of you, and the new people, glad your here.
I have a goal within the month to get below 199.
I know I can do it. Like Bob says
CAN WE DO IT, YES WE CAN
Love ya all
Wendy

Wendy,

Welcome back girl. I have been wondering what was going on with you. I am so glad that you haven't forgotten you. I am sorry about all the bad things that have been going on in your life. Hopefully things are going to start looking up for you. I know they will. I think that is great that you want to start looking out for you again. We all have to do that for ourselves. When we don't things get out of control and we get off track.
I know you can reach your goal this month just put your mind to it and eat right and exercise. That is great that your friends are losing doing the WW. I know a lot of people that have lost on it. It all boils down to us and what we do with each day no matter what plan we are following.

I didn't do too good today but I am going to get back on track tomorrow again. I have had such a severe sore throat. I have a viral infection in it and I am contagious but by tomorrow I shouldn't be anymore. They said for 3-4 days and today is day 4. I spent the whole day on the couch and not talking. Those that know me know that that is very hard for me to do. But it has helped. I just wished I did that starting on saturday or even friday. It has helped. I have to go on the road tomorrow and I have to get in more hours this week. I haven't gotten much done in the past 2 weeks and it shows. So I have to put my all into this week.

Mickey welcome back to you to.

We can all do this one day at a time.

Sherri
