When I go to Applebee's, I try to order an item that has the little red apple next to it. That means it's Heart Smart. I also like their salad bar. IT'S GREAT!

Monday's Menu!

You're Ragu lunch was 4 pts. That was great. You did awesome.

Here is my menu for the day. I was going to eat at wendy's today with the buffet so I could have fruit and a salad. Well I got up there to work in bennington VT today and they turned the wendy's into a dunkin doughnuts. I was so dissappointed I didn't know where to go for lunch. So I ended up at a diner and had too much but I didn't eat dinner to make up for it and I still came in at my points for the day so I stayed on plan afterall. But I regretted not having soup and salad all day.

Breakfast:

Golden Grahams 1 cup = 2 1/2 pts.
Milk 1 cup skim = 2 pts.

Lunch:

Turkey club on white bread and curley fries = 11

Snack:

Ice cream cone = 5 pts.

Dinner:

Chicken Roasted 1 oz. = 1 pt.

Snack:

Popcorn 1 bag = 2 pts.

Total for the day is 23 1/2 pts. I did it again.

Humpday menu
 
Ok I am not sure on my points in the new things I am eating.... But here it is :):) I am really watching fats and calories more than anything right now :)

Breakfast- a soy protien shake 200 cal 2.5 grams fat

snack- 1/2 soy bar 90 cal 2.5 grams fat

lunch- ragu express 200 cal and a slice high fiber bread 60 cal
an apple 100 cal

snack- bag of nitrisystem popcorn 110 cal 2.5 grams fat

supper- 1 cup hamburger helper ( lean ground beef ) 320 cal 7 grams fat 1 slice high fiber bread 60 cal
Dessert- 1 slice GOOD FOR YOU apple pie :) 320
For a total of 1460 cal for the day :D
..... Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

OH and Lots of water and green tea

BREAKFAST: 1 english muffin with Shed's Spread, 1 banana, 1 glass grape juice, 1 glass skim milk

SNACK: 2 low fat granola bars

LUNCH: 1 ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich, 1 apple, 1 lunch box/bag size box of raisins

SNACK: 1 bag pretzels, grapes

SUPPER: 1 Sloppy Joe, a few potato chips, 2 slices of pickle, 1 piece of candy-OVER INDULGENCE.
