Gayle here I am. I have been snooping here but just not up to sitting long enough to post. For some reason my back has been really bad the last few days.
Vouge.....WOW......Ohh...la....la. You look awesome. You are so beautiful.
Suzy congratulations on getting things together and losing pounds. It is so hard when we are near goal to maintain or to lose a few pounds. I am glad to hear that Aunt Hazel is doing well.
Shelley congratulations on the new little one. How many neices and nephews do you have? Including the great ones.
Allison that is hard to believe a place without drive thru fast food. It is a good thing but I thought that was a thing of the past.
Don't worry about the nibbles you had. That is in the past. You did well just having a small bowl of turkey chili.
It is our anniversary wednesday. We are trying to decide what to do for dinner. I told Larry it is more romantic here that in a big fancy restaurant. So we might order from a nice restaurant and get it delivered. I can create some heat with all the candles that I will light. lol

Shelly - Here I was peldging absitnance to anything chocolate and my mom buys ding dongs. Cant say i didnt have one, then i watch desprate housewives and suddenly feel the need for crunches!
Suzy- Thanks , Ive been told that before haha. Great job, 1 pound leads to many pounds! Vise versa when your eating badly!
Gayle- I am turning 16 , and my sister is 20 in that picture she is also almost 7 months preggers in that pic. I dont think I look like her yet I get told it all the time but I dont look that much like her. My smile is ******ed in that picture but I dont look like her in my opion . She is due on Jan.1 but she thinks she might be 2 weeks pregnant more than she knows so she could be due at chirstmas!!!!
Alli- No FAST FOODD!!!! I cant believe that , I mean I live in a developing Farm town but we still have everything but kfc and wendys! I wish I lived somewhere with no fast food! If you eat bad you can flush it out with water? Is this true? What do you mean you only gained 2.5 lbs cause of no water? I never drink anything but like 1 glass a day of anythign for some reason but if it helps me shed inches and pounds then I will drink that h20 till im more drunk then a fat man on chirstmas!
I like to think I am an amazing girl with a great personality and heart kinder than snow white , but one of my motives for losing weight is for guys to see me , then see that part of me. Its no enough having that personality , I kinda feel I need to be sexy too.
Dee- feels like long time no see!!!!! Hello and thank you. You naughty girl, Im SURE you were refering to your heat being broken righhhttt??? happy aniveraery!

Vogue--don't get me wrong, we HAVE fast food, just not drive thrus. Our city council voted against it years ago--they said it contributes to a litter problem. So we still have all the major fast food joints, but you have to walk in to order and get your food (or drive to a neighboring city to use their drive-thru).

How many years will this make Dee? 26?? I still remember your gorgeous card from last anniversaries party, loved the pic of the two of you walking down the road hand in hand. ooh la la.....candles, carry out and time alone...sounds romantic to me.
Vouge, water will make a huge difference in your weight loss plus it will make you feel better too. Do you fight breaking out on the face or pimples like alot of younger people do? If so, water will help with the breaking out and clear your skin up.
Allison, they say your body metabolizes wine differently and you will still have a weight loss even if you drink a glass or two a day. My problem is stopping at a glass or two...double hard when I work in a liquor store and want to try different brands/styles. I think I'm going to inject my turkey with wine this year. I had a friend give me some fresh rosemary from her garden, going to add it to the cavity of the bird along with onion, garlic etc.

Guess what? Shawn and Maegan are going to have another baby! They first thought that the baby would be due around the middle of May, but the doctor said yesterday that he thinks that she may be farther along than that. He is going to wait until her next appointment and see and then maybe he will order an ultrasound to get a more accurate due date. Hopefully they will wait long enough to do the ultrasound so we can find out if it's a girl or a boy. We're all hoping for a boy for Shawn's sake...I can't imagine him living with four women!

Yep, even us old ladies want to get checked out once in a while.
Keeps us on our toes!
Its weird but I feel better when I go to the gym or go to work, rather than sitting around the house. I get bored and then start feeling unwell.
I went to the gym for 3 hours yesterday. I do 1/2 hour of cardio on the treadmill, then work on the machines, then spend time in the pool and hot tub.
