Omg..I wish this whole PCS was over already. I'm so stressed out. Only a month left until we're gone, and we haven't done a thing yet!! Dh goes on leave next friday..so hopefully then we'll do something then. Actually..no hopefully..we WILL be doing stuff then!!!

well, somewhere between 38 & 68 days til Dh heads home on R & R. should have army-firm dates by 20 August but we'll see. So I'm kicking my own butt extra hard right now. AF left town yesterday so I allowed myself today to relax and wallow in some mid-deployment sadness but tomorrow is back to my A-game and Monday is back to the gym. Still have to be super careful with chest-related activities of course, but I'm hoping that using the machine assisted weights for upper body work will result in less pain. I'll be going back to personal training in the next couple weeks as well, once I see what he has in store for me that is low-impact for the chest.

I am a proud AF wife and while my H is deployed, I am hoping to lose at least a quarter of myself, lol....We just moved to Nebraska from England and what a change. Would love to hear from other wives as well, especially anyone close to my age, which happens to be 40, lol.....

Im new to the whole man being deployed thing. How often do you talk to your husband when he's deployed? It's so hard! He's not even deployed yet ( im canadian and waiting on my k1 visa) he's being deployed soon and it's so hard. I get so worried that the year is so long.... I just dont wanna miss on his life and I dont want him to miss out on mine. He's not a huge phone person and it's hard... ug. I think I need to give some and not expect the world with each phone call.

Anyone have any advice about dealing with a deployed husband? HOw do you do it???

Just keep yourself vvvveeerrrryyyy busy!!!
