Last night as I was getting ready for bed I had a moment of panic...did I take my vitamin? I take it first thing in the morning so I stood there doubting myself... I say I did...so sticling with teh 4 points.
Marti - don't worry about the exercise while you have a pinched nerve, sweetie. You might hurt yourself worse!
I did so well today with the food at the lunch for my friends. And the vitamin and water are down. I need to do my arm exercises before I go to bed to get all 4 points to add to the 12 points I have so far. I'll let you know tomorrow if I did them. I really, really want my patio stuff.......
3 for me yesterday. I didn't do the arm exercises. That brings my 4 day total to 15.
This weekend will be harder since I'll be out of town. But I thought I could do the gazelle tomorrow before we leave, and the menu at the place we're staying has some very healthy choices. Most places do anymore, thank goodness.
Next week has got to be different for me. I got a LOT of stress worked out by chatting w/a coworker lead guy. Thank god for a good listener! So now w/that stress out of my head I can concentrate.

tomorrow isa new day.
I got all 4 for Friday, but didn't do too well with the food Saturday or today. I got the other 3 though, - I walked and walked in the mall yesterday, and did the gazelle earlier today - so I barely made my 25. But at least I squeaked by. If it hadn't been for the patio stuff, I'm not sure I would've done as well, lol.
One thing that's messing me up by doing this challenge is this - when I'm not 100% OP, and don't get my point, that makes me think Oh well, I don't get my point, so I might as well have ____ too. Silly, I know, but I've noticed a pattern.
