Its the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet by Rachel Heller. You should really read the book. There is alot of details about it that if you read it will help you overcome the pitfalls that this diet can have.
There is also a test in it plus each week you change the plan of the diet depending on how much weight you lost or didn't. To be honest I've never done this diet and I never make it through 2 weeks of dieting
so WAIT and lets see if its really working or if this just a 1 week deal! I'm not being negative but we have all had diets we thought was "the One" we could live with and then eventually fall away. So, before you change whatever you are doing let me see if I can handle it another week.

Both times that I have gained was because of that! So whenever I go out, I stick with a diet drink. That might be my one treat when I reach goal! But just one.

I would like to see myself losing an average of 2 to 3 pounds a week until all the weight is gone.
