Marti...I too like the idea of starting a new thread on Monday, a lot easier to keep up.
So, today is day 5 and so far, so good. Thursday did good with the food so that is another point added. Friday, another 4, got my exercise in, took vitamins, drank 5 bottles of water and the food was right on!

Now today is a different story, lol! Did good until the movie where I did have some popcorn and whoppers,

But I figured today was a bust on the food anyway with us BBQ'ing later. Not so much the food, but the cake and ice cream. I am having some because I didn't have any for my BD/anniversary. Told V not to buy any because I didn't want it twice. So...I did get my 3 mile walk in, already had my four bottles of water and may have another and took my vitamins, so I guess three out of four isn't so bad.
