i went and bought some slim fast today. I'm hoping this will keep me on track a little more with having everything i'm going to eat that day already set out. Added up the points- 11 for breakfast lunch and snack then stay with in points for dinner and I will be doing good I can do this
Josi-don't sweat it. I have 19 lbs to lose in 3 weeks. not gonna happen but I'm going to try to get rid of all i can. 5 pounds is so doable. good luck!!!

I try to make things nice for my gals. Don't think I'll do a July 4th one just because I hate doing ones that other people are already doing. If I just pick a date in June, would you all join?

Just tell me your current weight so I can post it. I close the old thread every Sunday night and post a new one for the new week and you have to post your weight on your weigh in day so I can keep track. We only have two weeks ( after this week ends) but I'm going to start a June challenge as soon as I decide on a date and you can join that one if you want.

I don't think I should join any more challenges until I figure out why I'm not losing. Hopefully I can get it figured out by the end of the month. Keep your fingers crossed. I do think it has a little bit to do with this being the same weight I was during most of high school and my body just doesn't want to get smaller yet. It's like a set point. But I'll be increasing my exercise and doing some calorie cycling. Hopefully that will work. Nothing else I've tried has.
