I normally weigh in on Tuesday mornings, so I was waiting to post until then. As of this morning my weight has gone up 1 lb, but my weight has been funky lately and I've been dropping like 2-3 lbs overnight. So I'm hoping for this to happen again for tomorrow. I'll post as soon as I know.
I'm having a bad day. My weight went up to 179.6 this morning.
I'm not really sure what is going on with me lately. I think I'm back in a plateau since my weight and inches didn't go down this week. I'm planning on changing my exercise routine starting today. We'll see how that goes.
I think I'm holding on to some water weight. I wish my body would just do what I tell it to do. I won't be changing my ticker. I can't bring myself to do that.
Well with all the running I've been doing, you'd think I'd be down at least a couple pounds. But I stepped on the scale and I was UP a couple pounds. I was so pissed. I'm guessing it's because it's TOM, and I ate a lot this weekend, so it's probably water weight. I'm not gonna change my ticker...I'll see what I weigh once my period is over with and I've had enough water to flush out my system! Glad to see everyone else is making great progress! Keep up the good work.
Hi Annie and those who weigh-in on different days. I too, weigh-in on a different day....Friday is my weigh-in. I guess we just continue weighing in on our original days and make a seperate weigh-in for this challenge. So, what is the official weigh-in date anyway? LOL. Sunday??
Brandi, don't give up! I was on a plateau for well over a month and finally saw the scale move - hardly, but it moved! I've been averaging a pound a week, but my inches are going down and that's more important!!!
I need a challenge to get my butt moving again ....can I join in too? I failed my easter challenge so bad This one I can do and will.....no big dinner plans for Memorial day so I shouldn't gain everything back and then some with this Challenge.....How about 12 pounds in 6 weeks .....that wouldn't be unreachable right?
Ooops! After this Easter weekend and indulging myself in a little (ok A LOT!) of chocolate and all those yummy bad-for-you holiday foods, I am up 1.4 lbs this week, putting me at 190.2 lbs. I just got back from my WW WI today and I knew I was going to be up. This has got me more determined though, to work hard to stay on program and just work through this. The old me would've skipped the WI and said, forget it, I'm done, abandoned this challenge and not shown my face around here. But all you ladies are looking at the new and improved me , the one who will rise to the challenge of taking the weight off instead of throwing a pity party and gaining even more.
Hey, congratulations to all the losers (of weight) this week. You guys rock!
As for all of us TEMPORARY gainers, let's follow some of my son's karate precepts: Seriousness, Try Hard, Never Give Up! And a little extra never hurt either.
Ok so still not sure what day to weigh in. but I'll figure it out. I started working out this Sunday and I am so bloody sore, I'm waddling instead of walking. So I just walked a little around my neighborhood, 20 min. and that's all I can do for today. Ah well.
I'm a little under the calories today which means I get a snack. Anyone try those little Quaker Oat granola bars, the ones that are 90 calories? They're pretty good! What are some of ya'lls favorite snacks?
Hey everyone. Let me explain about weigh ins: everyone can weigh in on their regular weigh in days. I'll post the final results for that week on Sunday night and the next week's thread monday morning. Does everyone understand?

I like the quaker bars but I rarely buy them. My fave snacks are apples, bananas, gummies, granola bars (Nature Valley), junior mints, raisinets, pretzels, and Sun chips.
