Hi, this thread caught my eye, cause I also work an office job. I am an administrative assistant and I sit on my butt all day. I have an office/cubicle/space/area (not sure what to call it) in the far corner of the building away from everybody. It get's boring around here probably about 60% of the time.
I have 4 teenagers from 8th to 12th grade and a 38 year old teenager that I am married to.
I am on week 3 of my jazzercise classes. I used to go through periods where I would walk 3 or 4 times a week, then I would get off track and not work out for several days. I am hoping that being involved in an established program with a bunch of other people helps. Everyone is so nice and encourages people to go at their own safe pace. I used to belong to gyms (Bally's, Northwest Fitness Center, YMCA, 24 hour, Power House Gym). I do better with a bunch of other people. The more encouragement the better.
Anyway, guess I have been on my
