After I am done the Slim in 6, I am going to try the turbo jam!! Should be fun! Is it hard??

The steps are probably more complicated than Slim in 6 (It's been about a month since I've done any of those) I feel like I got a better workout than the Sin6. I've been doing the Turbo Kick class at my gym for the past month and a half so the moves were easy for me to pick up, but I remember them being a little tricky the first couple classes I took.

tofat-good job on all the excercise points. keep em rolling in. about the underwear rolling down at the gym, you should just skip the undies and wear spandex bicycle shorts under your sweats or whatever....they help a lot and hold everything in....

Wendy-what si6 dvd/video are you on..I'm thinking about doing start it up (well trying to muster up the courage to, anyway) today, on top of my bicycle??? workout. I'm trying to keep on the same boat as all of you with the excercise points!!

Good day so far, just one bad snack...a chocolate chip cookie but only one!!! but just one is okay...i don't want to deprive myself, just control myself.lol

P.S. what do you call those excercise machines that have peddles like a bike (well bigger than the ones on a bike) but you are standing up when you use it??? anybody....???

Roserio,you got me on the bike thing!! I have no idea.....oops!
I am still on Start it up!! Want to do it with me??I have been TRYING to get going on it for 2 weeks now and have finally managed to do the last 2 days!! Whoohoo! I will be sticking to Start it up for the rest of the week then going to Ramp it up! The reason I am sticking to SIU is because I am so Sore from all this exercise!! By next week my little muscles should be used to the abuse and can manager the pace!I hope!

Good morning/afternoon/night to all...hope everyone is well!!

I know I could sure use a couple more hours of sleep. That's why I look forward to the weekends. I can sleep all I want!!!

Wendy-I'm definitely in for SI6. I actually started "start it up" yesterday, so I'm on my way to ramp it up. hopefully by next week. stick with it. i know the first day or so I get sore, but then my body just gets used to it and then it doesn't hurt anymore. you probably know this already, but stretching helps a whole lot...especially when you stretch before...i haven't been sore all week!!!

I thought it was an elliptical machine but i'm not sure...all i know is i get really sweaty from working out on it!!

HI!! I am not so sore today!! I've been really busy getting my orders together so I have to find the time to do some ecercising yet! Wish me luck,my day is full!! I think I am going to sneek in a quick 10 mins. on the bike right now!
Roserio~ Glad to have someone that is dooing the same exercises!! That will keep me motivated!!
So I kind of snuck onto the scale today, and am happy with what's happening so far! I'll let ya all know an Monday what the final results are! HEEHEE!

I've been "missing" for a few days due to my work schedule but I'm back today and back on track!! It's awesome to see so many of you doing so well. I'm having a really hard time getting to the gym because schools are closed this week for break so my daughter is home with me.

Rosario - I think you must be talking about the elliptical machine. It is a "witch" to do and you sweat like crazy after about 10 minutes!!

All the girl scout cookies came in....UGH!! Portion control, portion control, portion control.....UGH!!!

I loved the story about the underwear rolling down, I laughed right out loud.

Hey girls....glad to see everyone doing so well today. I'm just about ready to head out to the gym, can't put that one off you know!! Its such a gorgeous day, I also hope to take the dog for a walk later on. Last night, I'll know NOT to take her for a walk around dinner time......everyone was out with their dogs and so many dogs ran off their property and charged us!!! Let me tell you.....it FREAKED ME OUT. HATE when that happens....duh? hello? leash law?? So lesson learned.....take her out when everyone is at work. End of story!!!

Hey guys, who could not be scared off by all of us. We've shown a lot of motivation and everyone is doing superb.

Points are looking like they'll be good again today.

Angel eyes- I understand about the dogs charging while your trying to walk. I have a neighbor who owns a huge german sheperd who is never leashed, tied up, etc. And the owner is a COP. The darn dog chased me and my doggies and tried to attack them. What can you do when a cop isn't following the rules??

I'll tell you what you can do about loose dogs!!!Not much if they stay on their property but if they come off the property you can call your local animal services and file a complaint! You don't have to give your name if you don't want to! Animal services will go down and give the owners a warning! Unfortunatly if the dog persists and you still complain you may have to give name and appear in court!!! Trust me,sometimes it does get to that point!

Well, I JUST got to 8 points.....barely,I have had not 1 minute to relax today!so I'm going to go and do that now by washing up for bed and trying my new products!!
