I like the low-fat Wal-mart version of wheat thins. Cheaper, less calories and fat, tasty too!

I don't like to keep stuff like Wheat Thins in the house because I know I can just grab a handful whenever I want. Hence why I splurged on the honey wheat thins in the office.

This morning is starting off great...already 18g of fiber and 26g protein.

Good luck tomororw Liz!

I will be spending the day tomorrow with 30 ten year old girls at an indoor swimming pool. It will be the first time in a while that I've had to put on a bathing suit, and -- amazingly -- I'm not too worried about it. I find that when I have to be a role model for girls, I am much less self-critical. I already hear these kids saying "I'm so fat" or "My thighs are too big" and it just kills me. They're little girls! I want them to grow up strong, happy and healthy and not get stuck in the weight obession. So I figure that it's really good for them to know all kinds of women with all different shapes. So tomorrow I'm going to go have fun and try not to suck it in!

Hope you all have a great weekend!
