WHOOHOO!! I'm not alone after all!!!

I have had no energy to do anything but sit around all week

I have a cold and have been plain old lazy! I can't wait for the game to start on Monday,I really need this kick in the pants!
Beat the bulge is a game that will help motivate us!(I hope!!)We will be competing with the Dump your Plump ladies,and I hear they are really doing great!So we have to kick butt!
Here's the system we are planning on using~
Exercise~1 point for every 20 mins. of exercise
Water~ 1 point for every 1/2 gallon-2liters-64ozs.
Healthy meal choices~ 1 point per meal,1/2 point for healthy snacks
Weight/ inches lost~2 points per lb or inch!
Any other suggestions???
