I am feeling better thismorning, I was treated with the wrong meds at the er and that is why I was so miserable. Feeling a little bnetter this morning though and am jazzed to get going again, of course I am up 4 pounds from being sick, but it will come off!!!!!!

well tom came today so that never helps anything. on the upside, my gastro-E called today and said my blood is waaaaay dn so more than likely i hope by tuesday ill be back on flexeril and then should make me feel a little bit better.

Flexeril is good stuff. I have used it before. I think that mine is soon I feel it!!YAY not. What will they do for the blood?

hey tara yeah it is. my dosing is minimal, but a littlew goes along way for my physical condition. i dont know that she'll say yes tyo going back to it yetbut i hope so. theres nothing they can do about the enzymes except just watch it. she said most common cause is certain meds. i think in my case it was a med i was on short term for my bladder condition but i was fine b/f it and the results have much improved from what im told after being off it a few weeks.

hey ladies how's it going? Still hanging in there? I bought myself a yoga dvd and it's actually pretty fun. My daughter and I have a blast trying all the moves.......Probably will not be a loss this week but as long as no gain it's alright.....Will be MIA most of the week this week...my daughters spring break starts tomorrow will be trying to keep the kiddo busy.

I lost 1 pound 15 ounces from being sick. I am still queasy, and not eating much, but everything is staying with me!!!!!I think I would have rather spent three days straight on the treadmill!!!!!!

im ok.. sat. is quickly approaching. i am going to my thur group tonight tyo aid me in the mental prep. im settiong a ******ed 2 day goal: im gonna see if i can be no more than 160 by sat. maybe if i can achieve it, thatll give some confidence.

Well ladies,
I feel better. I am down to 207.3 today. I got about 7 points yesterday, not bad considering I wasnt able to eat breakfast due to my stomache. It got better as teh day moved on thoguh.
Andrea are we it here, lately this board is so slow...

glad to here youre better! well tomm is theq day for me... for real. i gotta esp. if i do have an ulcerbwhich it a very strong possibility at this point. i wi yest just to see&when i wi today i was the same so thats good bc that means im likely to be successful in restarting under 160. ive got 3 months til my sis visit and id like to be eas close to where i left off a few months as possible.

I wish I could go swimming, but the pool in town is wicked expensive, 90$ a month. I could only get there maybe 2 times a week, still not worth 90$.

well my day went pretty good yesterday&i got my swim in so id give myself about 15 points for the day.

well im off to do some crunches and leg stuff and then my bike and more swimming tonight.

I am not happy. My weigh in is up like 3 pounds. 210.7 yuk!!!!
I am back on today, but it is my busy day so working out is not real easy. I hope to get in like 40 minutes walking at recess. Maybe more, doubtful though.

hey ladies

sorry I have been MIA....spend the week with my family and didn't do very good tracking my points. We ate out so much ...gained 5 pounds too :( Hopefully it comes off quicky. Today I said I'm going back on track and found myself saying no I will start back up when I go shopping again. I CAN DO THIS I AM STARTING TODAY and sticking to it....now with that said time to go back and figure out how much damage I did today.

Hey ladies,
I am doin it today, yesterday was all right, I did get in an hour walking, though I fell a little short of my steps goal. all in all about 9 points, not terrible.

i swam and did crunches, weights and my bike so it was a good day. i also made soup that came out pretty good. it was chicken soup w veggies and chick peas in place of starch.

hey tara! its hard to figure exact, but very very low b/c the chicken broth is only 5 cals per cup, the veggies are 0 and the only thing youd need to count is the chickpeas and the chicken. i used about 24 oz of chicken breast in 1/2g broth and a small can of chick peas which is 2 points for 1/2 cup and im guessing there was only bout 3 servings in the can and chicken is 1 point per oz so overall i think itd be very little.

no recipe i made it upbut as i said 64 oz low salt chicken broth, 24 oz chicken, i can of beans drained and rinsed, 1/2 small bag of baby carrots, and some celery
