Thi8s morning I am a little tender, must be I ate something that I didnt like. I am getting back into it as planned. If I get worse or whatever i will pull back again. On the pluys side I am 201.4 this am. That is a loss of an ounce since this whole tummy thing last week, so I cant complain!!!

My dh is back at work today so it will be easier for me to stay on plan and exercise. Got to work on the house today it didn't get very much attention this last week....that and laundry. Time to get out the points chart :carrot:

Tara- glad your feeling a little better. Didn't you have plans for surgery at one time?

How are you all doing? Things are ok here. I am starting to get calls for jobs, so that is good. I hate being unemployed, I actually grocery shopped entirely on credit yesterday, not good....
Anyway I am cleaning all day today, I hate doing it, but I will make some money so that is good.
My bad knee is killing me so that will make the long day of polishing chairs even longer, hope you all have a great day!!!!!

thanks....im sorry bout the 2 but youll lose it! im trying to stay positive bc the scale didnt move today. readjusted my meds to see if that helps it gets so frustrating. if you saaw how much i work out youd be like why isnt that girl losing 1 a day??

i'm down a pound as well .....Took half a pill yesterday and none today. Will TRY and remember another half tomorrow. Have my nephews 2nd Birthday to go to tonight so i have been really good with points. I really don't want any cake but I know it's going to be given to me before I even have a chance to say no thanks....HOPEFULLY I can get away with a small piece ;)
