Hi all, long day at work, but I have 17 minutes left before I go home, so here I am.
Buddha, I like your idea of making me pay for bad days. I will definitely contemplate that. I had set up my walking spreadsheet to pay me $1 per day for eating healthy. So far $0 earned. But I think I might like the idea of having to pay $1 if I don't eat healthy. The only thing I worry about is my dumb mind games where I might just give up walking since I'm not earning enough $$$ because I have to pay for not eating healthy. I play such dumb mind games.

But I think theoretically it would be good. Maybe I'll give it a try for a week and see how it goes. I definitely can't give up the exercise since I do it mainly for staving off depression.
Susan, thanks for your question on how you guys can help. I have no idea other than pumping more ideas at me. I do like Buddha's idea so we'll see. I wish I could get motivated to WANT to lose weight since at this point I don't care. I think that's where the problem lies.
Okay, past the eating, the walking is going great. I bumped my daily walk from 2 to 3 miles and that has been good. I got the new Walk Away the Pounds 5 mile advance walk and I choose one of the 3 mile fast walks. I really like that DVD better than my old one. I'm thinking of selling the 1 and 2 mile DVD and the 3 mile DVD on ebay. But then again variety is always good so I'm not sure.
