Welcome all the new people!!! We should try to find a time we all can be on and do a chat room with MSN messenger. lets try to find some times. Like on day a week. Anytime after 4:00 is best for me. My husband is here to help with the kids so I won't be interupted. Lets pick a day and time and I can invite everyone in. Then we can all chat. The recipes can be anything either low fat OR no carbs. Really just anything healthy that we can all try. I am proud to report I am still working out and I have been eating good. I did slip a little. I was playing a computer game and had a couple animal crackers. (I thought a couple.) I was too busy playing that I must of had like 30. So I did a little extra workout that day. They were good though!!!!
