I definatly have to raise my goal for this month, I know I'll get the 30 done tomorrow.

but it's a "good" hurt, or maybe bad hurt but for good reason? Never the less, weeded ENTIRE back yard, added new plants and painted perimeter wall. Hauled several barrels of yard waste out. Loving this first "clean up" of the season.
So, not my routine exercise, but it has to count for something. Well, after some more ibuprophen, I think it's bed time.
