Oh Those Stairs!
Yesterday my boss kept sending me downstairs and I ended up walking to the fifth floor and back 6 times. It felt great and, although I'm sore today, I feel like I might be making some headway using this as a supplement for exercise on days that I don't have time. I encourage everybody to do the first five floors in their office everyday, and then take the elevator after that if necessary. What a great feeling!
