Hi Everyone, hope you all had a good weekend. I managed to get through the weekend without exceeding my calorie allowance for once, which is a great accomplishment for me!! I weighed in this morning and I'm 2lbs down ... as it was my first week I was hoping for a little bit more, but I'm still happy with the loss
I've just been out and bought myself a pedometer which records steps, distance and calories ... I just need to suss out how it works
... then I'm off for a walk
... there'll be no holding me back now!!
