Hello Ladies
I had a wonderful Christmas!

It's 1 pm on the 26th today, Monday... I've decided to take things easy today as well, and start a few new challenges tomorrow. No sweets and 10 min on the stationary bike will be my new 21-day challenge, and I've been pondering about our weekly challenge... in the end, I think I'll make it exercise-related - routine for abs/thights.
