So far today has been so-so. I stopped at mcd's for breakfast and had a sausage biscuit (I should have grabbed a slim fast bar or something when I was at walmart instead) I am on my 2nd bottle of water, and I did my workout (only 20 mins, but after a month of being lazy, I'm happy) When I did my shopping I stocked up on fresh veggies to snack on and some FF dressing and bought a pack of sugar free jello cups to combat those sweet cravings. And I have logged my food into fitday, so that my bad choice will stare at me evertime I log on there today, LOL.

It's wonderful that you stayed the same and didn't gain! You can get it going again! The weather of walking is upon us! I am taking the kids tonight after dinner - they really miss it!
