The ol' brain, she is a mess!November was NOT a good month for me. I set goals on another website and followed up with them every week but I actually GAINED weight during the month. I have been eating way too much sodium...part of that was due to one of my goals. I was trying to make things easier on myself when I come home from my long 11-hour work day...so I set one of my goals to eat 1-2 lowfat frozen dinners a week. I figured this would be fast and easy for me AND assure me a balanced, lowfat meal. But unfortunately, most of those frozen dinners have WAY too much sodium for someone like me (I'm hypertensive and I am very sensitive to sodium on top of that) so I just filled up with fluid retention from the extra salt. Ick! I'm back down to my first week of November weight now, so looking better!
