Hi all, sorry I didn't check in yesterday. Busy as usualy. I had to work, then pick up kids, eat dinner, take Tiana to volleyball and then go work out with Jen. By the time I got home, it was after 9.
Ana-Yah, I'm a college student. This is my second time around. I attended college 7 years ago, and then while I had taken a semester off because I was pregnant with Kayla ( and super nauseous and tired), the school closed. So this year I decided to go back. My husband started his own business so I'm getting my associates degree in Accounting. I'm thinking I'm going to change it and get my Bachelor's in Business Management. Everything I've taken so far can go towards that program.
Hey Carly-Sounds like your feeling better this week. You keep up with that walking and water.

Here have a carrot!
Hey Ellen-What did you go to school for? If your official assessment at the gym is like mine was, we did get shown around and how to use the machines. Hopefully they will do that for you too. BTW, don't worry to much about the little mishaps...just get right back on track again. You're doing awesome.
Jen-So glad to hear that Liam's tests came back normal. Does he spit up alot? I was thinking about that when you mentioned the swallow test. My oldest had a heck of a time with eating and then projectile vomiting after. They did x-rays on her and had found out that the flap between her esophagus and stomach wasn't developed all the way. Once that developed all the way, she gained weight like crazy.
To all: I killed my back somehow yesterday. I had to do alot of freight at work yesterday and didn't feel too bad and then after sitting for a bit, I got up an something hurt in my hip and I can feel a pinched nerve. I figured I could walk it out at the gym, and felt great while I was walking. When I sit and get up...it kills. I had a heck of a time sleeping last night. I couldn't get comfortable for anything. On the plus side, I stayed within my calories and got my exercise and water in yesterday...WHO HOO!
