Kempy -- Check out the first page of the challenge thread and you can see how it works. YOU decide what your challenge is so you can make it anything your want to, just as long as it's something you can do EVERY day for 21 days. What is Mary Kay, btw? Hope you had a good dinner out!
mele -- Your post inspired me to do a search for low-cal dressing recipes and I came up with some. Dressing is everything for me with a salad and yet the lowcal ones I can buy here are not that good, loaded with sugar or too expensive (imported brands). Speaking of salads, though it's cold now, I still may make myself one. I do this thing where I put on the veggies in a bowl and top it with kidney beans and cheese and then add warm brown rice on top. It's delicious! I make them at work and other people always want to make one for them, which I do when I'm feeling magnanimous!
I hope your weigh-in made you feel good!
angie -- Good work on the treadmill. Are you walking or can you jog on it? I know a lot of the home treadmills are not really conducive to jogging. Btw, what are "wow chips?" Speaking of cats and Christmas trees, we always had them climbing them and often knocking them down. My father would put guide wires at the top of the tree and connected over to where the ceiling meets the wall (forget what that's called), fastened with a small nail. It stabilizes the tree. Give it a try and all you'll have to worry about with the cats are fallen ornaments. Another btw, what is the the "third time's a charm?" under your name mean? I take it this is about your weight-loss goal, no?
jbbm -- How are you? You are making my mouth water...crockpot chile and cornbread! Oh, yum!
Photo -- How is the marathon training coming along? You haven't mentioned it. Are you following a plan? Where and when is the race again? Do you ever get problems with your knees or feet like I do? I would love to be able to run in a marathon. Some years ago I was following a training program and it was coming along but then I must have gotten a stress fracture in my foot because I could not walk without a lot of pain for some weeks. I was doing 2-hour jogs though, very slow and on the treadmill and the pain started when I went back to the States and was jogging outside, where I think I was going faster than usual. Be careful with your training!

Dips -- How about that senior-citizen-sized font? Was this for my benefit? I may be the oldest person on here, no? Yes, I agree with the celebs and their trainers. They have zilcho anything for the most part, including talent! We poor folks are all the stronger, though, right!
Wow, how great that you're down to 130. Do you really want to weigh less? I don't know what it would be like to weigh so little. The last time I was there I had lost all my muscle except for that to be had from doing a lot of jogging and cycling. I was smoking a ton and had lost it quickly. I thought I still looked fat though, so I guess, if you are short, and I think you are, you could want to weigh less. I think one problem too is that whenever I lose weight, I get discouraged at the loose skin and don't wait for it to tighten up before I go eating my way back up again. Do you think the skin is like calling out for something to fill it back up again?
Are you feeling better now and over your cold? I hope so!

I love this Flex Plan because if you follow it, it works like a charm. Why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why did I weight so long to go back?
. I should be able to fit back into the old one after a few months on WW

Anyways, 130 on someone like 5'5" would be fabulous. But I stand 4'11" tall (or short if you prefer) So 130 is a little thick. It's funny because I have all these people around me telling me I don't need to lose anymore weight and when I post my pics you'll probably say the same but most healthy girls my height weigh at least 15 pounds less than I do. Becasue of my build ( I am a muscular girl) I know that I probably won't fall below 120 but we'll see. I jus wanna look god in a bathing suit
OK end rant about that. I should look on the bright side and see it as a little bit more exercise with the stair climbing
I think if I stick with this WW plan it'll enforce the healthy eating habits which will become 2nd nature. We're such experts at losing eh, it's the maintaining that's hard. Love the turkey smiley, he's cute.
So have you set a weekly goal for yourself or you just going with the flow of the WW program?
. I also want to see if I can fit pilates back into my daily routine. My lack of activity is helping me maintain rather than lose. I got on and off the scale 3 times this morning nad I'm still a solid 130. That scale won't budge! I had to have someone else get on it to make sure the 130 wasn't an automatic response

I bet the scale will move for ya soon.
, right Cal? That is so nice you get to spend Thanksgiving with your brother and SIL. So when are you going to go visit them out west?
Its been a minute since I ran a good distance but running is a mental thing for me. Once I get my rythm, I could go for a while.
Did you say it's snowing by you and you like it?
Well do me a favor and keep it for yourself! I hate the snow. I'm actually hoping we go the whole winter without it. (wishful thinking I know)
Mind if I stop by for a plate?? You are working so hard. I am so proud of you!
I'm not too worried about the scale by the way. I know as soon as I get active again, things will happen. I'll keep you posted.
