its called my personal trainer,its chaptered and it has differt combo's to personalize the workouts.
im following rania's sleek in a week.
you workout 7 days ranging from 50-20 min.a day,and it has a cardio segment at the beginning for 5 of the days 30 min. then on spefic days you do exercises for parts of the body,yesterday i worked on hips and waist/abs.
hips circles,drops and shimmies ect.abs undulations and slides ect. today's is gonna be,cardio,so it will be 30 min of bellydance combo's that realy make you sweat!then 10 min. of flexibility realy targeting full stretches of the hips and legs,then the rest of the week you just play on the appropreiate day and it plays that body w/o till its done!
then i usualy do a 30-45 min. of anouther bellydancing dvd.
its fun goes fast and im seeing terrific results especialy in the waist and back area's being more loosened up helps me thru my day and when i throw weight work in i do better.
even standing holding arms out to the side tones them and they'll burn so bad but i can see a big difference!weird something so natural can produce such immeadiate results,in all aspects!

You girls have did awesome for the month!!! I apologize for being away! Between work, family & weather this month, I did not meet goal. Boo-hoo.... I will be setting a December goal though.
