Thursday:
Walked the halls this morning before work....30 minutes.

Yep Dee...I'm worned out but I REFUSE to give up exercising!!

Went to Debbie's. Did 30 minutes of water aerobics PLUS jogged 16 laps in the pool

Hi Girls...

Saturday...Aug 14th FREE DAY!!

Sunday.... 30 minutes of water aerobics!!
Monday... Walked 1 mile!!
Tuesday... No time no energy
Wed... Walking off the Pounds DVD 16 minute workout
Thurs... 30 minutes of water aerobics!!
Friday... No time No energy
Sat.... Did 30 minutes of water aerobics PLUS jogged 16 laps in the pool "Thank You Sherry".


I missed several days this week and I'm not happy with myself.
NEW week...going to try harder to exercise daily this week.
