Monday... Walked 1 mile!!
Tuesday... No time no energy
Wed... Walking off the Pounds DVD 16 minute workout
Thurs... 30 minutes of water aerobics!!
Friday... No time No energy
Sat.... Did 30 minutes of water aerobics PLUS jogged 16 laps in the pool

NEW week...going to try harder to exercise daily this week.
