I'm in maintenance mode apparently....I'm working out like a fiend....and then eating way too much. Oh well...it beats gaining. Gotta go - not s'posed to be posting from work..

It's kinda like a job, but seems like it will get easier once I figure out everything that I usually eat.
I'm going to have to find something else in the winter - I drink a lot of herb tea to keep warm...if I want something salty (these aren't unprocessed by any stretch of the imagination) the snack sized 100 cal popcorns are great, I also like Quakes, they come in quite a few flavors. They are like rice cakes but made of corn...I hope you find a way to lessen the foot pain and still get a workout in, maybe bicycling? Walking shorter amounts? I had something wrong with one of my feet a while back, prolly not as serious as what you've got going on..but it went away when I started walking in birkenstocks. 




I did pass it the second time, but I practiced in between.
