2frust-Congratulations on the orange belt!! Yay! Isn't it great when you can see muscle development? I remember the last time I lost weight I had this (what I thought) sexy muscle striation in the front of my thigh. Look so defined and definetly sexier in short shirts and tall heels...

Trina- I missed yet another week of Biggest Loser

, which frustrates me b/c I love that show too. Hubby doesnt care for it, but oh well. I guess that having Monday off got my days screwed up and I thought that last night was Monday night...bummer. Yeah, I fully understand the backfat problem. It's great that yours is gone! I still have it, but my buttshelf is really diminishing.
Dh really wants to keep doing South Beach and that's fine with me. I guess it is a lot easier to do it together. We are both entering phase 2 and maybe that will help me stick to it a little better on weekends. This morning I ate a cup of oatmeal and then rounded out the starch with some fat free cottage cheese, lunch will be my usual (sometimes boring) salad with tuna, and supper I am going to grill chicken breasts that have been marinated in fat free dressing, and then some green beans and maybe a cup of sugar free jello for dessert. I need to add some snacks. I'm not much of a snacker. I used to skip breakfast, lunch, and daytime snacks and then just eat a huge supper and evening snacks. It's funny, but I always wondered why I would gain weight...
Whats on everyone else's menu? I like to get ideas from others.
