Here in Kansas the stinkin' weather is either sweltering or frigid. Very few days of in betweens. Our fall or spring weather lasts only a short time or so it seems. Since its still winter cold in March we tend to start riding in April or May. By June or July its incredibly hot and I HATE that hot air blowing in my face. Sometimes it can be 70 degrees here on Halloween or sometimes snow on the ground, so it really depends how long we ride until. I remember the first year we bought the bike...dh was so upset b/c it rained for a week straight and it sat in the garage. Then we finally got it out it was so cold we had to wear sweatshirts, hoodies and jeans. And this was in the middle of July!!! Very odd weather here.
Gina- i'm not sure how fast my bike can go, but the mechanic said about 60-70 and that was it, but from what I hear it can take awhile to get to that speed. There's a lady here in town that rides all over on a 50 cc little chopper looking thing. It's tiny. I don't think she shifts it, though. My husband has a name for it, but I'm too girlie (and dingy) and don't know about alot of those terms.
Star- Did you find those workout and eating plans on the site? If not...where there's a pic of Bob and Jillian it has a link that says download trainers plans or something like that. I was wrong about Bob's plans. Jillians is awful. 3 hours of cardio a day! My big butt would be in the E.R. if I did that!

For the longest time we had one GB (jenna) and now by next Spring we will have SIX
) eat more fiber and I forget what else
