Ok, so I have been great on my plan. Added exercise this week. No fast food. No cheating. Given up my beloved beer

and practically drowned myself in water and I didn't lose this week.
I think its so hard now that I'm older. When I was 25 it just melted off, now losing a couple pounds is incredibly hard. I'm sure that next week I will lose a pound or so, but it is annoying.
I don't have any intentions on throwing in the towel...just frustrated.
