Hey biker babes! I plan on getting a tummy tuck when I get to goal. That will be great and also it will keep me movitated to keep the weight off.

Well went for weigh in last night and I am up one pound. My consultant seems to think I am not getting enough calories so we are bumping it back up to 1500 a day. If that doesn't work it will get bumped to 1700. I am doing at least one hour of cardio 6 times a week so we think my body is not getting enough calories with the level of excersise. As I get closer to goal it gets harder for the weight to come off.

Well Chicks keep on Keep'n on and take care of you first today!

Ok, Kids wanted Mc D's tonight!!! I almost binged BIG TIME!! Sitting my car in the drive through, the scent of french fries was wafting into my window, Calling to me, "Tiffany, order me, supersize it!"

But I didn't!!!! I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad including the cheese and had the Newman's light Italian dressing on it. YUMMMMM It tasted like Olive garden salad with chicken in it!! Only 270 calories, including the dressing! I was soooo good. I also ordered a yogurt parfait for a treat later (130 cals if you leave the granola off).

Well, we are driving home. The kids begin to munch on their cheeseburgers, aarrggghhh, the scent was driving me mad. I just needed to make it home so I could eat my salad! I was determined. About 1000 times during the 3 miles from Mc D's to my house, I wanted to grab the poor childs burger and take at least one bite. I didn't, WHEW

I don't know what the deal was with me tonight, I can't even eat a Mc D's burger without getting sick. I have never been able to stomach that food well. I have not had a bad day in over a month, why did I go psycho now? Like I said, I don't even like Mc D's burgers!!!!

I just needed to share, needed to get my "almost binge" off my chest. I feel guilty, even though I resisted temptaion.

Here is Colorado we have LOH stands for Ladies of Harleys. I ride side by side with DH for the most part so no time for LOH in my schedule. Stella it may very well be that I am gaining muscle. I guess we will see what happens in the next week with the bump up of calories. I figured out that I am burning around 500 to 600 calories while I am working out so it seems that I may need more calories.

Tiff you want to make sure your getting enough calories in per day or your going to end up with no place to go down. Maybe add a fruit or something to your daily intake. I had a hard time with that too but it seems to be ok now. Your body starts adjusting to eating healthy and eating the correct portion sizes. I have 15 year old stick thin daughters and they love to eat fast food. I know what you mean about wanting to eat a hambugar when I go through the drive up. I have learned to order something that is not got too many calories, which is exctaly what you did, Congrats! What are you eating that is only 200 calories? That is really low.

Well Biker Babes, Keep on Keep'n on and have a great day.

Typical day:

I have a shake for breakfast 220cals

Southwestern Eggbeaters-120 cal and 2% Mozzerella cheese omlets 70 cal = to 4egg omlet, total=190 cals

shrimp or chicken stir fry with lots of veggies in 200cal portion sizes, I can't eat any more that that at one sitting.

200-270 cal microwave meals

Light English muffin, 90 cals with cream cheese 50 cal With raspberry preserves 10 cal total=150 cal

4oz chicken breast 220cal cup of Broccoli 20 cal = 220 calories.

If I eat all that in one day it only comes out to 1180-1220 for calories. AND THAT IS A LOT OF FOOD!!! I am stuffed all the time. See what I mean?? I am trying, I just need to add a little more calories in somewhere. For the past week my daily calorie intake has been:
Thursday - 1259
Friday - 1150
Saturday - 999
Sunday - 1053
Monday - 1215
Tuesday - 1239
Wednesday - 1190

This averages to 1158 per day. I was thinking that when I have my total naughty day on my birthday. (10,000 cal) hee hee The next day I can start eating at a higher calorie count like 1800 an then work my way back down to 1400. What do you think?

Plus one more little detail - With the hubby gone I am very stressed out, my tummy is constantly upset and doesn't want the food I am trying to give it. I throw up at least once every other day.

Tiff you are not getting enough calories but you are eatting a lot. You are very tall so 1,200 for you is low. I would add some yogurt as it looks like your short a couple of dairy servings. I also have a non fat latte to get my dairy in as I really dislike having a glass of milk. I also love the splenda jello pudding that is already to serve. It looks like your not eatting any fruit either. Remember it is always better to be able to bump down from where your at and if you are only getting 1200 now you may have a hard time later as there will be no way to bump down. I would say you need at least 1500 a day maybe even 1800 at your height and weight right now. You want to be careful as you don't want to add empty calories. I have a treat everyday and it is 150 calories or less. It really helps me get through my day towards the evening when I might be feeling a little hungry. A good visual I have gotten is for dinner you want the center of you plate only filled with food. Half vege's one quarter protien and one quarter starch. It helps me when we go out to eat to keep that in my mind. Keep in mind I am not a nurse or doctor so you may want to do a follow up with someone who really knows their stuff. I am just telling you some things that seem to work for me. Everyone is different and so you may find things that work for you that would never work for me. You also may want to see somebody about your throwing up as it can do damage if it goes on to much. Maybe they can give you something to calm you stomach. Ginger is really good for that and pepermint seems to calm my stomach. I usally put in hot tea. It is really good that way.

Keep on Keep'n on!
