I’m so happy to find others with a great attitude. I’m someone who has put on about 5 pounds per year my whole life and rarely dieted. It’s time for me to pay attention to my health and being about 1 ¾ years from 65 seemed like a good time. I’m not on any program other than starting to eat the nutritious foods I know I should and starting a walking program.
