Hey girls I wanted to come say hello!!

Deana and Ginny thanks so much for the xmas cards I loved them!!

Jeniqua girl I hope you have a great time at the xmas party!!

I did want to announce that after pondering what has been going on with my body these last few days, I measured myself and I had an inch gone from both my waist and my legs and 1/2 inch from my hips. So I could have been bloated last week or I could be building some good muscle at any rate that made me feel better. So far I've only eaten a sandwich and a pear today and I have 64 oz down the hatch and will soon be working on my last bottle and a half of water!

Well I better get back to work!

HI everyone, I miss you guys ! Fly by ( yet again)..gotta finish wrapping, and eat something...lm really hungry today....So anyway, here I am....when the week starts again I can get down here during the day! We have 2 christmas get togethers tomorrow! ALREADY! that is what I am working on tongiht! Anyway, I am doing, so-so on the challenge. I need to do better, I CAN do better!

Just because I have been thinking about it lately and some of ya re newer... What is everyones diet plan? Also, how are you going to tackle the holiday food????? I am finding this to be hard with the meals, and easy with the sweets (im not a sugar person) so I was just wondering what you all are or aren't doing to help!

It is how cold there??????? NEGATIVE WHAT??? Oh my gosh! It is like 40deg here and I am freezing my tooshie off! I could never imagine! Hope you got all the cleaning done and have a nice weekend!

I am glad you are enjoying the new van! Totally off the subject.. I was gonna ask you... are you doing a theme for the baby's room? I was just curious!

Well as for me, I am doing ok.... This week was my first week back on track and my weight is down some so that is great! I haven't gotten any extra exercise in but I have been getting in the challenges! I am really glad we are doing the challenge because it pushes me to get something in everyday!

Ok I have a busy busy today tomorrow so I am off to bed.

Sorry I missed ya post!

I have two gathering tomorrow also! I gotta get up at 5 in the morning to start cooking.

I know this time of the year is hard on us all! This challenge is really helping me stay focused. We are just alike w/ the sweets. I'm not a sweet eater either.
The only thing I can say is water water water and portion control.
