Cheryl-I have the Bodypump video. I used to really enjoy doing it. As a matter of fact, I'm glad that you reminded me I have it. I just might do a little cross training with it.

Hanging out on the computer tonight. Steve made it home after a week out and is already crashed in bed. Liz just got an 11:00 call to go observe an embalming, I will probably wait up until she makes it back home. I stayed OP until tonight, we had pizza, not just any pizza, but stuffed crust pizza. Back drinking water and back on plan first thing in the A.M.

Gayle it is ok to go off program a bit here and there, that is what you call living and you can't diet all your life, to suceed we need a change of habits. Just eatting pizza will not put on the pounds you are right you will be back at it again. How did Liz make out? First time has to be the hardest.

Oh my goodness, my triceps are so SORE today from working out yesterday! I feel great! Really, my arms in general are sore, I feel like I've accomplished something when I get this way.
Tomorrow is leg day, so I'll be working those B-I-G muscle groups. Can't wait! Now if I could just get this EATING under control, maybe I'd melt some pounds off!!
Cheryl, you must be working those muscles if your hurting...just remember to not over-do it, ok??? You are doing SUPER!
Dee, this was Liz's 2nd time with an embalming, she also got to help remove after a cremation and prepare for another cremation. She has also been through two autopsies, not my thing, but if she can do it, I'm all for it!
I'm not going to post on the food or exercise thread for the next few days, I am up to my neck in craft show stuff! The show is tomorrow and Saturday, so those two days will be shot too.
Drew had his Cat Scan done today and it wasn't the normal scan. It was done with the needle & dye. Drew is in a lot of pain tonight. He said you couldn't describe how painful it was. That broke my heart! Hopefully we'll get the results back tomorrow. The doctor who did the test did mention that his bone was "way too small."

I'm so sorry that I'm not posting to everyone tonight but please know that I love & care about each one of you. I've got so much on my mind right now, I can't think straight. But you know what? I KNOW God is not going to give me more then I can handle because everything that has been happening in my life can't get worse. Right?

Dee-How often do you get your feet done? It is so heavenly to have it done. I wish I could go more often than once a year!
They have moved the shower up to Friday night Dec. 3. Wouldn't you know that I am in a 10K the next morning running over 2 bridges. I normally try to have a good meal the night before and get a good rest so that I can be ready for the race. I think I am going to ask if someone else would help clean up so that I can go home and rest. Looks like all Thanksgiving weekend I'll be baking for the party. It will be at 4:00, right after school at my friend's house.
You know the old saying "Best Intentions...." Well that is me. I try to come to post every day, but I never seem to make it. Oh well.

Sherry not being able to post to each of us doesn't matter, just hearing you say you care and love me means more than anything that you could post to me. I know that you have been through a lot this year. God will not give you more than you can bear. I know that because I have been through a lot in the last 4 years, just when I think that I can't take any more guess what? You bet more problems but I do make it through and am stronger person too. You will make it through and you have a lot of people praying for you and your family. I hope that the doctor is pleasently surprised with Drew's results. I understand the pain that he is in from the test, give him an extra hug from me. Hugs makes me feel a bit better knowing that someone cares. I love your angel message about snow. No angels fighting here yet.
Gayle I wish that you enjoy your weekend, make lots of money and that when you pack up all your stuff that most of it has found a new home. I wish I could come and shop at your booth. Make some wize choices what you eat and if you can't drink lots of water. Next week will come and you can get back on track. You are such an independent women, you didn't even mention that Steve was gone for a week until he came back. I don't fair as well as you seem to.

How are the muscles today? When you have a good work out they can be sore for a few days. I can't wait til my back is better that I can hit the gym.
Shelley your are so inspiring with your running. I am sure that running with a group is easier than by yourself. That is too bad that the shower will be the day before. What are they doing for the shower? At least the shower will be early. I am sure that they will understand if you don't do the clean up. Don't feel guilty if you don't. When is Thanksgiving?
Carol you are right we are all Princess's. We need to remember to pamper ourselves to and not everyone else all the time. I have a pedicure once a month. I go to a school so it is only $10.00. It is so affordable and it is done just as well as in a salon. It is only a mile away so it is very convenient for me. I will pm you with my addie. I will need yours too. Please take time to post more often and share with us how you are doing. You are down almost 10 pounds that is wonderful. Keep it going.
