I am new to this site and would like to join this group...Here is a little info about me: I am a recent college graduate, I have lost a little weight since graduating but I am a long way to my weight lose goal, I am a beginner in the weight lose challenge, I have not had any support in the past which made the situation much harder! I am committed to a life change and would like to have positive people around me who have gone through this and have done so well (Congrats you guys!!!)

I'm also new to this group. I'm a senior undergrad right now, but I don't graduate until next spring. Nice to meet you!
I wrote a lot about this in my journal, but I think this is a good decision. I was/am very unhappy on low-calorie. I'm glad I realized this before going on Weight Watchers.
but that part is the hardest for me to do. The gym intimidates me but I HAVE to go at least 2-3 times this week!
i guess maybe it will be a valentines gift.
