Breakfast: Deli turkey

Lunch: HC Chicken fettuccini/cucumbers/FF dressing

Dinner: FF tortillas/salsa/rice/chicken
(I take the FF tortillas, cut into wedges, microwave for a few minutes, I then have dipping chips for my salsa)

Snacks: SF pudding/FF ice cream sandwich

Not posting my menus for Fri,Sat,Sun. Too much snacking and no meals. Stayed within points range, though.

Liz went to subway, today was the 12" at the 6" price.

Brunch: 6" turkey & ham on italian/legal veggies, no sauce

Dinner: second half of my sandwich

Snack: peanuts

Calories: 760
I know I'm really low, but I'm sure I will make up for it!!! Just not very hungry today or the sandwiches seemed really filling.

I've not posted in forever because my 4-day week-end really screwed me up!

Having trouble getting back on track w/the eating (doesn't help that it's that TOM). I'll be back and better soon!
