Hey ladies I am here! I was lurking all day yesterday but was coming down with the flu so was resting a lot. I feel great today and I think it is because I took these homeopathic pills that you take at the first symptoms of flu and it is supposed to wipe it out. It worked!! I have already been to the gym today and feel great! I'll give you guys the name of them so you can find them if you need them. It's oscillococcinum. Don't ask me to pronounce it cuz I cant LOL Anyway they are tubes of tiny pellets that are slightly sweet and you dissolve them on your tongue every 6 hours. I bought a pack of 3 for 9.99 which is kind of spendy but not bad compared to having the flu and feeling like crap. Anyway that's the exciting word for the day from me!! LOL

So I have worked out 4 times this week and I'm hoping to see a loss tomorrow. I have really been trying hard at the gym and I think it is paying off. Been pretty good about my food too. I had my class last night in the Mall and didn't have time for dinner before I left so I opted to eat at the mall and of all the bad food I could have eaten I got a grilled chicken salad with ff ranch from Wendys! It filled me up too so I was psyched about that! I think I have gotten my water in everyday except Tuesday, not sure what was up with me that day but I think I was close. So tonight is my HORRIBLE class and I am dreading it. I wouldn't go except I have to hand in a quiz and I think she counts participation points so I should go so I can get a good grade. I hate that class though.

Moving on my sil just found out she was preggo!! She had a baby in December and this one is NOT planned. They are living with my in-laws right now until my bil is done with school and they already have 2 kids. They know the baby is a blessing but they were really not trying to have another one. It's like the equivalent of me having another baby right now. My sil was going to start the registered nursing program in the summer but now she can't so she is bummed but excited about another baby. My bil won't be done with school for another 2-3 years and they weren't planning on moving to their own place till he was done but I'm guessing they might have to now. I feel bad for them but I know they will get through it and everything will be alright, our family is are all here to support them.

Penny I'm here don't worry!! Good for you for going to the gym! I know you are going to love it and get addicted again. I know I am! Just makes you feel so much better about yourself you know? You are so sweet to offer your clothes. I should offer some of my 12's that I am finally out of but I think I might keep them for after the next baby is born, then again they probably won't be in style anymore, I may still do it. We'll see. Hope you are having a great day!

Crystal sorry you were up so much last night. I hope you can get a nap in. I would hate it if dh was home all day on my computer! LOL He does it sometimes at night and it drives me nuts!! I mean it's OUR computer but I think of it as mine since I use it all the time. I think I just wouldn't like him disrupting my schedule during the week. The weekends are ok though since I don't have a set schedule then. So how is sis? We need hourly updates! LOL Have fun at girls scouts, I bet she will love it!

Spryng keep us updated!!

Deana you are doing so good!! Keep it up! You are an inspiration to all of us! And don't worry about the subway you could have done sooooooooooooooo much worse!

Michelle girl I need some money ASAP! J/K that is so great about the extra money. If I wasn't going to school right now I would be working too and I guess I still could if I could find a night job. Don't really want to though since classwork takes up a lot of my time and I would never see dh! I just can't wait to be a teacher! Our income will almost double just with starting wages and that will help pay off a lot of our bills. We've never had 2 full time incomes before so it should be interesting. I'm excited for you to start school and share some pain with me! LOL You do need some school clothes right? Even though no one will see them LOL

MEl you are doing so great on the exercise!! You are awesome!! I'm so glad so many of you are joining gyms! I think it makes a big difference in the weight loss. I mean at home if you are dedicated I think it can work, just not for me because I am distracted easily at home and I procrastinate. But If I am at the gym I have nothing better to do right? Keep it up!

Kristin AWESOME!!!! Doesn't it just give you so much incentive to keep going? I know all I need to keep going is to keep that scale going down. I love it!!!!
YAY FOR YOU!! I'm excited for my WI tomorrow, just hope I see a loss instead of maintain, I have been maintaining for a couple weeks now and need to see a loss soon!

Ok geez I've been on her forever and need to finish my test. I will check in with you ladies later!

Oh BTW in the last 3 months we have had pres. Bush, vp Cheny, Sen. Kerry and Edwards all here! Our valley is very undecided and so they have been hitting us hard lately. Edwards just left this morning and Bush in flying in the next couple hourse. Crazy huh? Not meaning to be politcal just wanted to share out popularity LOL Oh and there is a girl in my class that was in the beginning play scene of hook when she was 7. I need to rent it and find her. She wouldn't give us anymore details cuz she was embarrassed so i'll let you know what I find! LOL MY brushes with fame LOL

Just a check in. The girl scouts meeting was cancelled, although no one called to tell me. I found out it's just for the leaders. It's for the better because a cold front came in and it is sooooo windy, Andrew is stuffy and his nose is running, he's really, really cranky so it is for the better. I think they moved it until next week.
Way to go everyone on the exercise and the water.
Update on sis....nothing. Still not much at all. And now I'm worried because if Andrew is getting sick, it may just be allergies and his asthma but I don't want to take a chance with a newborn and 7 other kids so I'll have to try to go when I don't take Andrew and then I'll feel terrible because I like for him to play with his cousins too. But the weather is going to be better tomorrow and for the next week or so so maybe it's just today. I'll let you all know when something happens with sis, but for now...nothing.

Good evening all! Food sucked again today! But oh well… tomorrow is another day. I guess it could have been worse. I still haven’t exercised yet. I have time though! Life sucks! No whining, complaining because I don’t have the time! But.. It just sucks. I can’t believe that my all time favorite pants fit…again.. Tightly. They were too loose which totally pisses me off. But what do I expect.. Laying on my butt, eating Hershey’s kisses and Skittles and eating burgers and fries… DUH!!! I should be grateful that I didn’t gain 30 lbs back. I bought some Trim-spa today. I know that crap doesn’t work. But I felt that I should take them to at least make me feel like I’m doing something. I hope my gall bladder forgives me later on. Well if I’m going to at least get 30 minutes worth of exercise in I better go now! I hope all is well! I will definitely try to check in later!

I've been working all day. Whoppee. I drank my water and ate Del Taco for lunch. Not a good choice.

Well just checking in. I have to go check on the girls.

Good Evening Ladies!!!

Mel: Thank you! I now have 80 oz down and got my 2 mile in again today...3/4 this week.

Penny: Thank you too! I wish I felt better though. My ear is still bothering me, stuffed up and hurting now and then.

Kristin: on the 2 lbs. Doesn't it feel great? I haven't had a Subway wrap yet. They look good but I'm a sucker for a club on wheat with all the veggies it will hold. Oh, and the sweet onion sauce...yuuuummmmm. I haven't checked pics yet but I will.

Jill: Congrats to sil! I empathize with her. Andrew was 7 months old when I got preggo with Matthew. They were supposed to be about 17 months apart but Matthew came 6 weeks early so they are 5 days shy of 15 months apart. 2 in diapers at the same time was not the best financially but I made it. Thank you. I know it could have been worse. I think it's funny how I am on a diet and actually crave healthy food . That's a good thing I guess. I am glad I inspire you and others. I don't feel like I am trying to but glad to be able to help anyone. This is really about my first success at it. Unless you count the 50 lbs I lost in 6 months with Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal way back in 1992. That was sooooo long ago . Have a good night at school, even if you don't like the class. Maybe it will get better.

Crystal: Sorry the meeting got canceled. Hope Alisa wasn't too upset about it. Tell sis to jump up and down, jump rope, anything.....we're impatient .

Jaymi: Have you tried to set a cutoff time for yourself to get your excercise in? I tell myself I have to have it done before 11 a.m. and that way it pushes me to get off my butt. Then after I excercise I feel sooooo much better and can get more done. As far as the eating.....PUT THAT BURGER DOWN!!!!! What kind of excercise had you been doing? Is it anything you can get the kids to do with you? My dd loves to do my WATP tapes with me. She can't follow everything but she likes to be able to do it with mommy. Worth a shot! And it will help the kids grow up healthier and sleep better .

Chris: WTG on the water.....Del Taco? I know you knew better . Tomorrow will be better, right? Did you stay out of the peach rings today? . Have a good evening.

Spryng: You're killing us . How did the interview go?

Michelle: I know you're working tonight. Carry a big stick for all the weirdos!

Hello to everyone else. Hope you had a great day. Remember, tomorrow is another day, embrace it with a positive attitude and tell yourself you can do this!

Yes, Deana...

I stayed out of the peach rings.... I was a good girl there. At least I got the water down and I ate a sensible dinner. I had a bowl of chili. BTW-way to go with staying on the exercise...Good job! Just love that dancing banana. Well gotta help the DH before his stress level gets too high.

Hello Everyone!!!!! I am so sorry for being MIA for so long. My computer has been acting so crazy. Everytime I'd try to get online I'd get some kind of error message or my computer would stop responding and shut down . I ended up having like over 100 viruses in it and had to get a program to debug it. I am so glad to be back though. I missed all of you and catching up on everyone's progress. You are all so great that I didn't want any of you to think that I had forgotten you. I will be on regularly from now and to check in atleast once daily. I have gotten off track so bad... it's funny how you start to falter when you don't have a good support system backing you up! I haven't been to a TOPS meeting in over 2 weeks and have no idea how much I weigh right now but I'm pretty sure the scales have moved up and not down. I will be back on track though. I made a new mini goal to myself to be at 170 by Thankgiving. That's only a loss of about 4 or 5 pounds and feel that is pretty reasonable. I hope you are all doing well! Take Care and God Bless!
