I won't be able to put in the miles like you girls do, but it is a start. I figure I can always up my miles, I just want to get into the habit of doing it and logging the info. |
Gayle-Getting into the habit is the most important part as far as I am concerned. Once it becomes a habit, the mileage will automatically add up easily.

Gayle we are both starting at square one. While your goal may not be 100 miles a month I am sure that you could do 30 miles. Two miles every second day or one mile a day. I was once up there with Shelley but am not sure if and when I will ever get back there. It breaks my heart because I really do exercise. Do you love it to Shelley or is it a tough commitment? Shelley isn't it nice to have some action on this thread? After I stopped walking you were all by your lonesome for a long time.
