WE do so well with posting our progress, but with some of us struggling, why not add a Food Challenge to our daily posting that lists what we could have eaten that was bad, BUT DIDN'T!! I saw it on another thread and thought it was very helpful. I'd try harder just to have something to post.
As for exercise...let's just focus on activity, what is exercise for some of us, isn't for others...I can break a good sweat bringing groceries for my family of 9 inside!

Why not just focus on being more active, even if it's daily cleaning, it should count, and on fit day it does. Doing any intentional exercise is an added bonus! I just see that this could make us feel better about the small steps we take. If it just encourages us to not sit at this computer and move, it's better for us, whether it's 5 minutes or 30 or 60!!
Just thinking, tell me what you all think...we talk of challenges, but most of us are only talking about them. Not good enough!!!
