here you all sound on track, JUDY I know what you mean about those luxurious days to your self I ,m not single but when I come home to stay with hubby now and then from my daughters I love a good lie in when he goes off to work sometimes I take a day off from study and just have me time, heaven for sure, WOW 6.5LBS AND 5 INCHES GONE

THAT IS GREAT , I was reading in my slimming mag that 4/ 250g packets of dripping = 1kg or 2.5lbs so you have lost nearly 12 pks of dripping and if you melt that down thats a lot of fat so you bet you should be happy with that, and as they say slow and steady is the best way to get it off as your more likely to keep it off

not, CAROL I feel for you and your friend , I know what she must be going through my son is 21 now but he put me through some hoops along the way, all I can say is the best we can hope for sometimes is to be there to help pick up the pieces, what a caring friend you are to go and be there for her I think we not only feel for them but we feel frustrated as well hence comfort eating we want to do that because we feel helpless at times and because we feel for our friend and what they are going through

its hard but you just being there helped her a great deal I,m sure, your lunch and dinner sounds so yummy if I wasn,t so far away I,d be on your doorstep

TRY TO GET MY INTAKE OF WATER IN, ALL IN ALL AROUND A 1200 CAL DAY, HAVE A HAPPY DAY
